    Dependable spotting for backcountry hunts

    Used this on three hunts this fall and it performed consistently. The 80mm lens gathers plenty of light in low-angle morning glassing. Tripod legs lock tight and hold position on steep slopes. It's become a staple in my pack.

    Good glass, tripod could be sturdier

    The scope itself is excellent—sharp, good light transmission, nice color rendition. Tripod works fine for most setups, but on uneven ground it's a bit wobbly. Not a deal-breaker, but I've considered upgrading the tripod separately. Still worth getting.

    Everything I needed for bird watching trips

    Decent scope, shipping took longer than expected

    Got it a week later than the estimate, but once I had it in hand, no regrets. Optics are solid for the price point. The 80mm objective pulls in good light in early morning fishing sessions. Would recommend, just know it might take a bit to arrive.

    Took it on a week-long camping trip

    Packed this in the truck for a week in the mountains with the family. Kids loved spotting wildlife from camp, and I used it to scout water sources. The glass is really clean, minimal distortion even at max zoom. Tripod fit perfectly in my gear bag.

    Solid optics, minor focus ring stiffness

    Great clarity and the included tripod is better than most aftermarket options. Only minor complaint is the focus ring feels a bit stiff initially, but it loosened up after a few uses. Still a solid investment for anyone serious about long-range observation.
