Brought this on a three-day backpacking trip and it performed exactly as needed. The flame stays consistent even with a light breeze, and having the carrying case means no worrying about fuel spilling into my pack. Definitely recommend for anyone doing overnight trail work.
The torch kit itself is fantastic for backyard campfires and casual trips. Works great, looks good, and the case is convenient. My only gripe is it took almost two weeks to arrive, which was longer than expected. Still happy with the purchase though.
Use this alongside my lantern at base camp. The torch gives you that directional light you need for cooking and moving around after dark. Took it on a week-long camping trip and had zero issues. The carry case is actually really well-designed.
Grabbed this last minute before heading out to the lake and it was a lifesaver. We got delayed and pulled into our spot well after sunset—the torch lit up our entire fishing area. Really impressed with how steady it burns and the case keeps everything from getting beat up in the car.
Been using this torch kit for three seasons now on my hunting trips. The brightness is solid for setting up camp after dark, and the carry case keeps everything organized in my truck. Only thing I'd change is the fuel burns a bit faster than I expected, but overall it's reliable gear.
